Fast Track Your Health

I don’t need to tell you that there’s a lot going on in the world health scene.

Everywhere you turn, there is more news of the Covid-19 virus spiking in a town near you (or perhaps in your town).

We’re told to mask, wash, and distance. We know how to do that well now.

But what’s even more important is setting up our own bodies for fighting. Time is of the essence to ensure that you have a strong immune system.

This isn’t something that happens by accident. It takes discipline and commitment and intentionality to achieve and maintain good health.

I am pleased – so pleased – to announce the next round of my 12-week, online group program, Fast Track Your Health. I’ve designed this program to quickly move the needle in the direction of improved health in a short amount of time. Bonus: you’ll be with other like-minded chicas for this virtual class.

As a participant in this program you can expect to gain the knowledge needed to arm yourself with the tactics to achieve excellent health. You’ll not only strengthen your immune system, but also gain energy and manage stress. Did you know that stress is a factor in just about every sickness out there? The bodily response to stress leaves us vulnerable. And not only that, stress is a player in weight gain. And for most of us… that ain’t a good thing.

If you’re looking to quickly move toward a strengthened immune system and greater energy, girl, contact me. The next session starts Thursday, January 7, 2021. That’s next week!

Are you ready?

Are you ready to feel confident about your health and well-being during this crazy time, and in the future? Are you ready to have less stress and more energy?

If this resonates with you and you’re curious about the details, let’s set up a time to chat.

Dem Bones

This is partially related to hormonal changes (especially declining estrogen levels), as well as dietary deficiencies, particularly calcium and vitamin D.

Sibling Tour

I’ve recently returned from a quick sibling tour. It’s like an ’80s rock band doing a tour (road trip, lots of music, big hair), except way cooler because it involved getting to know my family more.

Why He Came

Yes, presents and Santa and family and Polar Express and lights and food (cookies for breakfast today, fudge for lunch… seriously). I love all that.

But Christmas is about God becoming a man (well, a baby, start with). Doesn’t this beg the question: Why did He come?

Blogtober: It’s a Thing!

It’s late: after 11:00 p.m. One last scroll through the online social outlets I enjoy: Instagram and Facebook, mostly. Wouldn’t you know it, I ran across something that caught my eye: Blogtober! The challenge is to write a blog a day for the entire month.
