The Upward Motion Method
12 weeks. One meaningful habit at a time. A whole lot more life.
You don't have to change everything at once. But you do have to be willing to change something.
If you’re ready to feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better, and feel more confident in your body—and you want those things because there’s a whole lotta life you want to live—I’d love to help.
The Upward Motion Method is my 12-week, one-on-one coaching experience for women who are ready to make meaningful changes in their health.
I have a clear process, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
We’ll start by looking at where you are now, where you want to go, and what matters most to you. Then we’ll work on one meaningful habit at a time.
We’ll learn. We’ll practice. We’ll pay attention to what happens. And we’ll adjust along the way.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s learning how to make changes that work in your life—and learning how to keep moving forward.
FOUR AREAS WE'LL EXPLORE
STRENGTH & MOVEMENT
Build the strength, fitness, balance, and physical capacity to keep doing the things you love.
NOURISHMENT
Learn how to nourish your body well, without diets, deprivation, or trying to eat perfectly.
SLEEP & RECOVERY
Discover what helps you sleep, recover, manage stress, and have more energy.
MINDSET & CONSISTENCY
Understand the habits and stories that shape your choices—and learn how to keep going when life gets messy.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
- Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
- Education that helps you understand the why
- One clear habit or focus each week
- Practical strategies and resources
- Accountability and support
- Reflection and adjustments along the way
We’ll look at progress in more ways than a number on a scale—energy, strength, sleep, habits, confidence, capability, and your ability to do more of what matters to you.
Because this isn’t about becoming your younger self.
It’s about becoming stronger, more capable, and more confident in the woman you are now.

Let’s have a conversation about where you are, what you want, and what you’re hoping to change.
